We aim to provide a high standard of quality for all services but cannot guarantee results that depend on the quality of materials supplied to us.
3. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide accurate and complete instructions when submitting files, negatives, or materials.
- Digital files must be provided in accepted formats (e.g., JPEG, TIFF) and within specified resolution requirements.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with copyright laws and does not infringe on the intellectual property of others.
- Customers must collect their completed orders within 30 days unless alternative arrangements have been made.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless agreed otherwise.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, any agreed-upon quote will remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
5. Order Processing and Delivery

- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure or supply chain issues, will be communicated promptly.
- Customers may collect orders in person or request delivery. Delivery charges will apply and vary depending on the destination.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.
6. Refunds and Returns
- We do not offer refunds for services rendered unless there is a demonstrable fault caused by us.
- If you believe a product or service is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds or reprints will only be issued at our discretion and for issues directly caused by our error.

- While we take every care in handling customer materials, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to negatives, digital files, or other materials provided to us unless due to our negligence. In such cases, our liability is limited to the cost of replacement materials (if applicable).

8. Intellectual Property
- Customers retain ownership of their images and materials submitted to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and print your images as part of our services.
- We reserve the right to refuse any content deemed unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
